Stability in motion

Bone and cartilage tissue are not rigid structures, but are subject to lifelong remodeling. Each year, about five to ten percent of bone mass is renewed, while cartilage and joint structures are continuously adapted to load and movement. These processes require a finely tuned interplay of building materials, mineralization, and cellular activity.

For structure, maintenance, and regeneration to remain in balance, the cells involved must be reliably supplied and regulated. Stable cell function thus supports the resilience of bones and joints, especially during physical exertion and with advancing age.

What bones and joints need:

Vitamin D3 (with K2)
Vitamin D3 regulates calcium absorption and its incorporation into the bones. Vitamin K2 supports targeted mineralisation and protects against deposits in the wrong places.
Magnesium
Magnesium is a central building block of the bone matrix and important for muscle and joint function. It supports the regulation of muscle tone and the resilience of the musculoskeletal system.
Manganese
Manganese is a cofactor in the formation of collagen and cartilage matrix. It supports the stability of the joints and the structure of the connective tissue.
Zinc
Zinc supports cell division and the regeneration of bone and cartilage tissue. It contributes to wound healing and structural stability.
Alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG)
AKG is a central metabolic building block in amino acid and collagen metabolism. It supports the regeneration of bone, cartilage and connective tissue.
