Manganese'' mse
Manganese II bound to Spirulina –
promotes a healthy energy metabolism
Manganese supports energy metabolism, the maintenance of normal bones, and the formation of connective tissue. As a central element of mitochondrial superoxide dismutase (SOD), manganese also contributes to protecting cells from oxidative stress.
An increased need for manganese can arise in various life situations – for example, with a high consumption of simple carbohydrates, high alcohol consumption, the intake of certain medications, or due to oxidative stress.
ManganII mse contains the trace element manganeseII biologically bound to the freshwater microalga Spirulina platensis. This natural bond ensures particularly good absorption and utilization in the body. The microalga also provides other valuable ingredients, including spermidine, chlorophyll, plant protein, minerals, trace elements, and vitamins.
Since the Spirulina platensis used is sourced from soda lakes, it is naturally low in iodine. ManganII mse is therefore also suitable for people who are sensitive to iodine.
Each tablet contains 1 mg of manganeseII.
Properties:
- 100% organic manganese bound to Spirulina platensis
- contains other valuable microalgae nutrients (e.g., spermidine)
- suitable for iodine-sensitive individuals
- Manganese helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports, among other things, energy metabolism, connective tissue formation, and healthy bones
