Curcumin with zinc, D3, selenium and resveratrol - with very high bioavailability

Turmeric has been used for centuries in Indian cuisine and Ayurvedic tradition. The main active ingredient, curcumin, is present in CurcuMit® in starch-encapsulated form for significantly improved bioavailability compared to non-encapsulated curcumin. Zinc, selenium and vitamin D3 contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Resveratrol is a secondary plant compound found primarily in grapes and is part of the plant's defense system.

Why are the capsules so yellow?
CurcuMit® capsules contain an extract of the turmeric root, which is known in German as "Gelbwurz". This is the product's natural inherent color.
What distinguishes CurcuMit® from other products containing turmeric or turmeric powder from the spice rack?
Curcumin has very low bioavailability because it is water-insoluble and clumps together with other curcumin molecules in the digestive tract, which reduces its absorption by the body. However, in CurcuMit®, it is present in a starch encapsulation – this allows the curcumin to be easily absorbed as individual molecules in the small intestine.
What is resveratrol?
Resveratrol is a so-called polyphenol, a type of secondary plant compound. Polyphenols form part of a plant's own "defenses." Resveratrol is found primarily in grapes, Japanese knotweed, and various types of berries.
