Vitamin K2 mse
Promotes healthy bones and normal blood clotting
Vitamin K belongs to the fat-soluble vitamins and performs important tasks in the body. It is particularly important for normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin K2 mse contains vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7 all-trans). This natural, bioactive form is characterized by good bioavailability and can be well utilized by the body.
One capsule contains 200 µg of vitamin K2. The daily dose of two capsules provides 400 µg, allowing for targeted and easily dosed supplementation.

Recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules daily with a meal and plenty of liquid.

Important note
Do not consume vitamin K2 if you are taking blood thinners, particularly vitamin K antagonists such as coumarin or coumarin derivatives.
