The basis of our energy

The human body consists of approximately 30–40 trillion cells, each of which relies on a continuous supply of energy. This energy is provided by the mitochondria, whose number and function vary depending on the cell type and significantly determine the performance of the cells.
If mitochondrial function is impaired, less usable energy is available. This can manifest itself in, among other things, fatigue, reduced resilience, or slowed regeneration. Stable mitochondrial function therefore forms a central foundation for vitality, adaptability, and long-term cellular health.

What energy and cellular health need:

Ubiquinol (Q10)
Ubiquinol is a central component of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. It supports ATP production in the cells and makes an essential contribution to the body's energy supply, resilience and regenerative capacity.
D-ribose
D-ribose is an essential building block for the formation of new ATP. It supports cellular energy provision, particularly when energy demand is increased and during phases of physical or mental exhaustion.
B vitamins (incl. vitamin B12)
B vitamins are indispensable for energy metabolism, nerve function and cell division. They support the conversion of nutrients into energy and contribute to the normal function of the nerves, the brain and blood formation.
Alpha-lipoic acid
Alpha-lipoic acid acts both as an antioxidant and as a cofactor in energy metabolism. It supports mitochondrial function, protects the cells from oxidative stress and contributes to the regeneration of other antioxidants.
Glutathione
Glutathione is the cell's central intracellular protective molecule. It supports detoxification processes, protects mitochondria and contributes to the stability and regenerative capacity of the cells.
