Ubiquinol in capsules for on the go

Q10 is a key substance in the mitochondria, the "powerhouses of the cells," where energy is continuously provided for cells and organs. QuinoMit Q10® capsules contain Q10 in the form of ubiquinol, which the body can utilize without prior conversion.

The Kaneka ubiquinol Q10 contained corresponds to the body's own ubiquinol and is present in a highly pure form. The oil-based capsule formulation supports good availability of the fat-soluble Q10 and simultaneously allows for precise and uncomplicated dosing.

One capsule contains 50 mg of ubiquinol Q10 and is therefore suitable for targeted daily supplementation.

No, QuinoMit Q10® fluid is absorbed about twice as well by the body, so that 1 QuinoMit Q10® capsule is equivalent to approximately 4 pumps of QuinoMit Q10® fluid.
QuinoMit Q10® capsules contain ubiquinol Q10. What is the difference compared to "normal" Q10?
Ubiquinol Q10 is the bioactive form of Q10. It is absorbed by the body approximately 4 times better than "conventional" ubiquinone Q10 capsules (Q10 classic mse) and can act directly without further conversion.
What is the difference compared to QuinoMit Q10® forte?
QuinoMit Q10® contains 50 mg of ubiquinol per capsule, and QuinoMit Q10® forte contains 100 mg of ubiquinol per capsule.
