MagnoMit is an organic compound of magnesium and two glycine molecules, distinguished by its high absorption and tolerability.
Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body. It contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal muscle function, and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Furthermore, magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and plays a role in the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Glycine, the smallest protein-forming amino acid, is also an important building block of collagen, glutathione, and creatine, and is involved in numerous other metabolic processes.
