Synergistic effect for strong nerves and energy

Vitamin B12 is one of the water-soluble B vitamins and performs numerous tasks in the metabolism. It does not act in isolation: the functions of various B vitamins interlock and complement each other in numerous metabolic processes.

Vitamin B12 mse contains vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and combines it with vitamin B6, biotin, and folate. Part of the folate is present as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF). The formulation thus combines several coordinated B vitamins in a single capsule.

The focus is on the targeted supply of vitamin B12, supplemented by other B vitamins that are important for energy and homocysteine metabolism, the nervous system, and the immune system, among other things.

Is there an advantage to Vitamin B12 mse over the B-Complex mse, which contains all eight B vitamins?
Yes, Vitamin B12 mse contains higher amounts of vitamin B12, biotin, and folic acid, namely 500 µg of vitamin B12, 1,000 µg of biotin, and 800 µg of folic acid. In B-Komplex mse, the amounts are 100 µg of vitamin B12, 500 µg of biotin, and 400 µg of folic acid. In both products, half of the folic acid is present in its already active form as 5-MTHF.
