Growth under continuous load

Hair follicles are among the fastest-dividing cell groups in the body. A hair grows on average 0.3–0.5 mm per day, a continuous process with a high demand for energy and nutrients. The nail matrix also relies permanently on active cell division.
The structural and keratinization processes required for this are closely linked to cellular energy supply. If this is restricted, it can manifest as slowed growth, reduced substance, or increased brittleness of hair and nails. Changes in hair and nails are therefore often considered early signs of reduced cellular performance.

What hair and nails need:

Ubiquinol (Q10)
Ubiquinol supports the energy supply of the hair root and nail matrix cells. It contributes to the cell activity, the growth and the resilience of these structures.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C is important for the body's own collagen formation and supports the supply to the connective tissue. It contributes to the stability of the hair follicles and the firmness of the nails.
Zinc
Zinc plays a central role in cell division and protein synthesis. It supports hair growth, keratin formation and the structure of the nails.
Vitamin A (with D3)
Vitamin A supports the cell renewal of the skin appendages. It contributes to the healthy function of the hair follicles and to the regeneration of the nail matrix.
Selenium
Selenium protects the cells from oxidative stress and supports antioxidant enzyme systems. It contributes to maintaining a healthy hair structure and resilient nails.
