B-Komplex mse

B-Komplex mse combines all eight B vitamins as well as choline and inositol in high concentrations with optimal bioavailability. Vitamin B12 is contained in the active form as methylcobalamin, and some of the folic acid is already present in the active form as 5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (5-MTHF).

  • 500 µg Biotin (1,000 %*)
  • 200 µg Folic acid + 200 µg 5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (200 %*)
  • 100 mg pantothenic acid (1,667 %*)
  • 100 mg choline (choline bitartrate)
  • 100 mg inositol

Ingredients

Choline bitartrate, vegetable capsule of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium D-pantothenate, maltodextrin, inositol, nicotinamide, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, flow agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, biotin, (6S)-5 methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt, folic acid, methylcobalamin.

Free of milk protein, lactose, gluten, soy, yeast, gelatin, flavoring, coloring and preservatives.

Recommended dose

1 capsule daily in the morning at mealtime with sufficient liquid.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied nutrition and lifestyle.

Storage advice

Store out of reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.

Additional Information
