Frequently asked questions

What is the source of the creatine monohydrate in MitoKreatin®?

The creatine in MitoKreatin® is produced synthetically. This ensures a constant quality on the one hand and on the other hand the product is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

How should MitoKreatin® be taken?

Take the contents of one sachet daily with sufficient liquid. This can be done independently of meals and also independently of an athletic programme. If the powder does not dissolve completely in water and a residue remains at the bottom of the glass, simply rinse with a little water.

What is "monohydrate"?

There are different forms of creatine. Creatine monohydrate is the variant about which there is the most scientific knowledge. It means that the creatine molecule occurs together with a water molecule. Besides creatine monohydrate, there are also other forms such as creatine salts or creatine pyruvate.
