Vitamin B12 mse

Vitamin B12 mse contains vitamin B12 in its active form as methylcobalamin. It also contains vitamin B6, biotin and folic acid. This is also present in its active form as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF).

Vitamin B12 requires biotin and folic acid to fully develop its effect in the body. In addition, the three vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid are important for normal homocysteine metabolism. The functions of the vitamins B overlap and complement each other.

In the daily intake of 1 capsule are included:

  • 500 µg vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) (20,000 %*)
  • 1,000 µg biotin (2,000 %*)
  • 400 µg folic acid + 400 µg 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (400 %*)
  • 10 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (714 %*)

Ingredients

Maltodextrin, filler microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable capsule of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), D-biotin, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), folic acid, flow agent magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Free of milk protein, lactose, gluten, soy, yeast, gelatin, flavoring, coloring and preservatives.

Recommended dose

1 capsule daily at mealtime with sufficient liquid.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Store out of reach of small children.
