QuinoMit Q10® forte contains ubiquinol, the active form of Q10. In these gelatin capsules, the bioavailability of ubiquinol is about 4 times higher than ubiquinone Q10 in powder capsules (Q10 classic mse), as shown in Figure 1. In addition, ubiquinol does not need to be converted in the body, but can act directly.

Content
The daily dose of 1 capsule contains 100 mg ubiquinol Q10.
Ingredients
Canola oil, gelatin, ubiquinol Q10, humectant glycerin, anti-caking agent beeswax, soybean oil, water, colorant sugar couleur, emulsifier soy lecithin.
Free from milk protein, lactose, gluten, yeast, flavoring and preservatives.
Dose recommendation
Take one capsule daily of QuinoMit Q10® forte daily in the morning with a meal and sufficient liquid. If necessary, the capsule can also be chewed. Allow the contents to melt in the mouth and swallow.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
