Properties of the ingredients
Cell metabolism is based, among other things, on the functioning of the mitochondria, in which energy is obtained from our food. Spermidine, zinc and vitamin D3 belong to the mitotropic substances that occur in the mitochondria and are therefore also called Mitoceuticals®.

The daily intake of 3 capsules contains
- 0.9 mg spermidine
- 15 mg zinc (150 %*)
- 75 µg (3,000 I.U.) vitamin D3 (1,500 %*)

Ingredients
Spirulina platensis, vegetable capsule made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, maltodextrin, filler microcrystalline cellulose, zinc bis-glycinate, separating agents magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, cholecalciferol.
Free from milk protein, lactose, gluten, soya, yeast, gelatine, flavourings, colourings and preservatives.
Recommended intake
3 capsules daily at mealtime with sufficient liquid.
