Cancellation Policy and Sample Cancellation Form
Consumers have the following right of cancellation:
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (mse Pharmazeutika GmbH, Nehringstraße 15, 61352 Bad Homburg, Tel: +49 (0)6172 676330, Fax: +49 (0)6172 6763-57, Email: mitomed@mse-pharma.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, which is not mandatory, to do so.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
