Shipping Costs and Delivery Conditions

We ship all orders through our logistics partner UPS. Orders are processed directly on business days and, unless expressly stated during the ordering process, will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

Within Germany

For all orders, we charge a flat shipping fee of 4.50 euros.
For orders totaling 25 euros or more, we offer free shipping within Germany.

Within Europe

For all orders within Europe, we charge a flat shipping fee of 12.50 euros.

Please note that for orders shipped to a destination outside the EU, additional customs fees, import taxes, etc. may be levied by the destination country in addition to the shipping costs. Taxes and duties are levied by the respective customs office and are your responsibility. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
