Why soy, wheat and maize sprouts, selenium and vitamin B12 are important
Properties of plant seedlings, selenium and vitamin B12
Cell metabolism is based, among other things, on the functioning of the mitochondria, in which energy is extracted from our food. Certain ingredients of soy, wheat and maize sprouts as well as selenium and vitamin B12 belong to the mitotropic substances that are important for the mitochondria and are therefore also called Mitoceuticals®.
Selenium contributes to:
- normal thyroid function
- normal function of the immune system
- the protection of cells against oxidative stress
- the maintenance of normal hair and nails
- normal spermatogenesis
Vitamin B12 contributes to:
- normal energy metabolism
- normal function of the nervous system
- normal mental function
- the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- normal function of the immune system
- normal red blood cell formation
- normal homocysteine metabolism.
In addition, vitamin B12 has a function in cell division.
EvolEnz®
EvolEnz® contains 0.65 g of soya, wheat and maize germ, 10 µg of selenium and 10 µg of vitamin B12 per tablet.

The daily intake of 6 tablets contains: 3.9 g soya, wheat and maize germ buds, 60 µg selenium (109 %*), 60 µg vitamin B12 (2,400 %*).

Ingredients
Dried soya, wheat and maize germ buds, selenium yeast, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), separating agent vegetable stearic acids, acidity regulator magnesium carbonate, bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, stabiliser gum arabic, excipient croscarmellose sodium, separating agent silicon dioxide, coating agent shellac.
Free from milk protein, lactose, gelatine, flavourings, colourings and preservatives.
Recommended intake
Take 4-6 tablets throughout the day at least 30 minutes before or at least 2 hours after a meal with plenty of liquid.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
